Relatives of three Peruvians killed in a house in Woodbridge, Virginiaasked for help to be able to travel to USAto say goodbye to your loved ones.

“Most of all, I want them to help us get a visa for my mother and, if possible, for me. My mother is diabetic, her blood pressure is measured,” said Tabata Duran Flores, sister of one of the victims.
“We want my mom to somehow say goodbye to my brother. In case this is not possible, to be able to bring his body in order to be able to have him here among us,” he added.
Peruvians killed
A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with the manslaughter of four people, at least three of them Peruvians, at an apartment building in Woodbridge, Virginia, about 28 miles southwest of Washington.
The victims were identified as Miguel Flores, 44; Kelly Sotelo, 42, Carrie Sotelo, 19, and Richard Revollar Corrales, 36. The latter apparently lived in the house as a basement tenant.
