Ismael Ninachoque Pérez, the man accused of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl in San Juan de Lurigancho, continues to be held in the Criminal Investigation Department in Canto Rey this Friday.
A large number of agents from the special services unit of the National Police of Peru (PNP) moved to the police headquarters before the announcement of mobilization to demand an expedited investigation and sentence the detainee to life imprisonment.
Team RPP news spoke to a member of the PPP in the area, who confirmed that Ismael Ninachok Peres spent the night in Depinkri prison and that the purpose of the agents in front of the premises is to protect the premises from a possible demonstration of citizens.

Subject has a criminal record
Ismael Ninachoque Perez, 36, was captured on Thursday evening at his home after police chased him.
A minibus was found in the building, in which he allegedly transported a minor when Karol Wojtyla left the school.
In statements to RPP newsGeneral Manuel Lozada indicated that the item has a history.
“He was found at the places where he stayed and hidden at the address in Hicamarca, where he was with the car. He has a history of inappropriate touching of his own eight-year-old daughter, as well as domestic violence in 2012,” he said.
