Agents National Police they captured six criminals when they were about to attack a man who had withdrawn a large amount from a banking agency in the area minutes earlier St. Louis.
The intervention took place at the intersection of Rosa Toro and Canada avenues of the said jurisdiction, said the head of the criminal investigation department, Carlos Cespedes.
