Chaos and excessive demand
Dozens of people spent the night outside the headquarters of the migration service, located in the Breña district, to process their passports, the necessary documents for traveling abroad.
National Superintendent of Migration Jorge Fernandez attributed the long queues recorded since dawn to the excellent call people had to take while waiting for their passports, in addition to emergencies due to travel on close dates.
