The insecurity of citizens is one of the main problems in the country, and this Thursday the authorities struck at offense. The Department of Criminal Investigations (Depincri) of Chorrillos-Barranco, working with agents of Serenasgo de Surco, detained four people accused of extortion.
These people were in a black car with tinted windows, next to the Citizen Security video surveillance unit of the municipality of the area.
