An unidentified man was shot dead at the intersection of Ferrocarril and 1 de Mayo avenues, near the Huáscar bridge, in the area Augustinian.
The victim, about 35 years old, was walking along the sidewalk when unknown persons appeared on a motorcycle.
The young man started to run, but the killers opened fire indiscriminately. The victim received two bullet wounds to the head, which ended his life on the spot.
