Two people died on Tuesday in a traffic accident between a trailer and a truck on the 29th kilometer of the old South-North Panamericana, in the Lima area. Villa El Salvador.
The accident occurred while the trailer was driving down El Sol Avenue and, according to police, had no brake control, causing it to hit a security railing and then crash into a truck.

Three other people were injured, including the truck driver. They were taken to the Santa Maria clinic, where they are undergoing treatment.
The driver of this trailer, Ladislao Condori Cruz, aged 67, was taken to the Ladera de Villa police station for an investigation.
Meanwhile, vehicular traffic in the area became congested, although police diverted traffic, truck removal work made traffic difficult.
