Being the President of the Jurisdiction or the first President of the Court of Appeal no longer makes magistrates dream. This is what the Supreme Council of the Judiciary (HJC) is considering for the fourth year in a row. These strategic appointments are even becoming a headache for CSM. The 2021 Annual Report of the Independent Body reminds that:“Renovation of almost 70% of the staff of the Jurisdiction of the Court և in three years (…)” was assured. “Many powers have a large deficit of attractiveness, as 58 of the 117 appointed presidents have been appointed, while less than three candidates have been heard.he emphasizes again. This, in addition to the fact that some of them have applied for several positions, reduces the choice offered to the Council և its authority to elect. Worse, no candidate for Sensei Court has declared himself.
