The Metropolitan Council of Lima approved last Friday a decree banning the mass wipers in the capital. This measure was supported by Mayor Rafael López Allaga and received the approval of 39 councilors and the burgomaster himself.

“In less than a month, those who clean windows and tires will disappear from Metropolitan of Lima. As such, we also look to Serenasgo and the police to enforce this ordinance,” he said.
