TDC: Street vendor shot to death at her door by unidentified assailants

Early Tuesday morning, a woman was shot dead with eight shots at the door of her home in the 9th neighborhood of Miraflores Giron in the human settlement of Santa Rosa Baja in Villa Maria del Triunfo.

Victim identified as Elsa Angelica Basurto Tikona (57), drove up to his house in a motorcycle taxi and when he got out, according to the driver of the car, two unknown persons shot him directly in the body and disappeared on a linear motorcycle.

The driver tried to help the woman, but, getting out of the motorcycle taxi, he found Elsa Angelica Basurto Tikona dead on the ground after a lot of blood loss.
