SJL: Arrested three involved in the kidnapping of the son of a businessman [VIDEO]

The Peruvian National Police (PNP) have detained three people involved in the kidnapping of the son of a businessman in the San Juan de Lurigancho area, who managed to escape from the kidnappers on his own.

According to the kidnapping department PNP, Oscar Farronay He was kidnapped on the night of Saturday, January 7, when he was going on a date with a woman. A few hours later, unknown people called his father and demanded a ransom of 20,000 soles.

The amount was transferred to a bank account and PNP was able to find the owner of the account, who responds to the name of Ana Cecilia Diaz Osorio (37). She intervened on Sunday evening in Lins, along with her partner Maximo Feliciano Garcia Rado, who had previously been abducted. A foreign citizen, Leonel José Flete Kariel (26 years old), was also arrested.

Oscar Farronay reported that they hid him in a four-story house in the 7th block of the Malecon Cheka in Sarat, in San Juan de Lurigancho.

He takes advantage, and one of the people who was outside, the one who is yelling, “He’s running away!” It makes him run and he is lucky that this avenue is busy,” he said.

In 2022, three cases of kidnapping were recorded, including the case of a businessman in Los Olivos, where the family paid a ransom, but the release was never carried out. So far, only one kidnapping of Oscar Farronay has been recorded in 2023.
