Microsoft announced that it will completely remove the browser internet explorer, that he began to be gradually suppressed a few months ago, on February 14, and that he will do so through an update edge.
In May 2020, the technology company announced the end of support Internet researcher 11 of June 15, 2022 After that, only edge as the main web browser developed by Microsoft.
However, as stated in a recent announcement, Microsoft will permanently disable the desktop web browser on some Windows 10 systems that currently support it.
This change will take place on February 14, 2023 and will be implemented through a future update edge and not with Windows Update as previously reported, as seen in this update.

Microsoft indicated that this change was made to “provide a better user experience and help organizations transition their last remaining IE11 users to edge”, according to the manufacturer.
Organizations that have already made this transition from Explorer to edge in explorer mode, they will remain unchanged after February 14th. For those who wish to remove visual links from Explorer in edgesuch as the taskbar or the start menu must be disabled by February 14th.
However, these visual links will disappear from edge June 13, 2023 with Windows Monthly Security Update June 2023
Finally, Microsoft warned companies that if they become dependent on any of the services available in IE11, they must take steps to complete the transition to edge before the specified date.
