The latest update addresses notifications, affinity balancing, and historical religions. From now until May 16, players can also participate in 6 new challenges and earn rewards, including Da Vinci’s avatar and persona!
New airs are lifting the flying machine HUMANKIND™: Vitruvian update and Da Vinci event are now available. Painter, sculptor, architect, inventor, military engineer and draftsman, Leonardo da Vinci is the ultimate symbol of the Renaissance. Gifted with a curious mind and brilliant intellect, his universal genius still fascinates countless artists and engineers five centuries later.
Here’s what to expect from today’s update and patch:
Vitruvian update
These are some of the main components of the Vitruvian update:
1. Notifications can now be set to not auto-expand even if the ribbon is open.
two. Improved the principles screen to make it easier to choose a historic religion, and AI can now adopt historic religions;
3. Constructor and Scientist active skills restricted to one city at a time, and increased payout for Esthete and Trader active skills;
4. Trebuchets are now available until the end of the Industrial Age.

Da Vinci Event
Considered ahead of its time,Leonardo da Vinci tried to unlock the secrets of nature and physics, dreamed of making humanity fly and imagined the future. The visionary engineer produced many ingenious designs for warfare and a variety of highly original flying machines.
Time to sharpen your spirits, face new challenges and earn exclusive Symbols and Decorations, as well as unlocking Leonardo Da Vinci’s Persona!
Challenges
Chapter 1
Owning a biplane as an early modern culture
Destroy fortifications by 10 pieces during the same game.
Own a city with more than 1000 Industry and 1000 Science per turn.
Chapter 2
As Venetians, activate the Science endgame condition.
Own a city with cultural wonders from all six eras.
Maximize all 4 Axes of Ideology, on both sides.
Unlike our previous events, both chapters will unlock at once. You have until May 16th to complete all challenges to unlock all rewards.
