On October 31, 2022, the Ukrainian military liberated nine settlements in the Luhansk region. This was announced by the head of Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai on the air of the telethon.
“Today, nine settlements have been de-occupied. And we hope that our defenders will increase this number every week. And we are ready to work, all the leaders of the city and regional military administration have long wanted to return and work ,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated several villages in Donbass.
And in the Kherson region, 75 settlements were removed from the occupation.
