The first augmented reality glasses compatible with the Apple Watch are French

Find the right step, monitor your heart rate… Athletes, even amateurs, are increasingly interested in data that allows them to improve their performance. Using a smart watch allows them to have it on their wrist. With the Apple Watch’s ActiveLook app, they can now have them in front of their eyes, displayed directly in augmented reality on the glasses’ screen.

At the September 7 launch of its new Apple Watch Series 8 and especially the Apple Watch Ultra, Apple gave pride of place to athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. More and more data is available, designed to better monitor one’s efforts and improve personal performance. However, what’s better than a display directly on your glasses so you have all your information without taking your eyes off the road while running or cycling?

Let’s not spoil our fun, the solution has been provided by the French company, MicroOled’s ActiveLook platform. The ActiveLook 2.0 sports app is available at the Apple Store. It connects to compatible ActiLook glasses sold by Engo, Julbo or Cosmo Connect. The Evad-1 sunglasses with ActiveLook technology, sold by Julbo, sell for 499 euros.
