On Wednesday, US police were investigating the case of a bomb explosion at Boston University, as a result of which one person was slightly injured on the campus.
According to CNN, the package was sent to the university’s virtual reality research center. It contained a strange post criticizing Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. The message also denounces the relationship between academic institutions and virtual reality developers, a new vein for Meta Group.
Boston police said in a statement that a second suspicious package was recovered by the bomb squad on the premises of Northeastern University.
Classes at Northeastern University were canceled Tuesday night but were scheduled to resume Wednesday, campus police said on Twitter. The federal police will participate in the investigation.
