According to him, new strains are common in almost all regions of the country.
“So far, the new stratus strain has been registered for 125 in almost all regions and there are also three cases of Covid -19 disease with a nimbus strain,” he said.
One feature of new options is their ability to be more easily transmitted to adolescents and children, often in asymptomatic form, as they do not cause severe complications, “Danilenko added.
Earlier it was reported that the stratus strain was characterized by the hoarseness of the voice and long sore throat, maintaining the classic symptoms of coronavirus. Doctors emphasize the importance of monitoring the scope, especially in people from risk groups.
Keep in mind that recently in KYIV the number of patients with coronavirus has increased dramatically: 1121 patients registered a week. It has been 418 people more than the last 7 days, the city center of control and preventing disease reports.
