The AI’s assistant was integrated with DI, which in the first month helped to process 52% of support support. It was announced on Tuesday by the first Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Digital Transform Mikhail Fedorov on Telegram on Tuesday, July 29.
“More than 52% of Appeals in Dii are already processing AI,” he said.
Fedorov pointed out that this way today, Dii went to the “new level”. “We fully integrate AI into all processes and work with the AI’s internal tools that optimize team work,” the minister wrote the digital change.
According to Fedorov, the internal tools in AI work with DI, which adopted the support team:

The AI consultant, who without the participation of the operator helps to obtain a service, in the first month of the pilot closes more than 52% of the appeals to the manufacture;

The AI Assistant, which helps operators to generate the answer, closes 16% of all operator requests in a few weeks (7,993 user appeal).
Remember that in Dii they plan to launch an online review of a driver’s license. Meanwhile, the application is already available in the application replacement service for car -owned ones.
