Archaeologists found a 3500 -year -old penic city with temples, conveniences and artifacts. Scientists believe he is an important trade node between mountains, shores and forests.
In Peru, archaeologists have made an unusual discovery – they discovered the city of the penic, which is almost 3,500 years old. It’s been a thousand years more than the famous Machu Picchu. Reuters reported it.
According to researchers, Penic may be the main trade center, combining the regions of the Pacific coast, the forest and high area of the Andes.
Discovery is the result of eight -year excavation. At least 18 structures were found in the city, including ceremonial temples, residential complexes and middle squares with embossed images. One of the city’s symbols is a pipe from the sink – confusion, the sound of which is heard over long distances.
The clay sculptures of humans and animals, shells from shells and other artifacts, which indicate a highly organized life and religious ritual are also found in buildings.
The penic is located near the region where more than 5,000 years ago, the caveralization of the Karal, the oldest famous American culture, has risen. Scientists suggest that the new city has emerged after climatic changes that have caused the collapse of the karal.
Archaeologist Ruth Sheidi emphasizes the strategic significance of the penician as the center of exchange between various ecosy and cultures.
Thanks to the shooting from the drone, scientists managed the general view of the city – a round structure on a hill with stone buildings and clay around.
Earlier it was reported that in the middle of Rome, under the area of the Trajan forum, archaeologists discovered a large underground marble head.
