The magnetic storm that began on Earth on August 4 has ended, according to data from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Space Weather Forecast Center.

The storm remained moderate, mostly approaching G3 on the night of August 4, according to NOAA’s website. The main peak of storm activity is from 15:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time.
According to the Space Research Institute, no new magnetic storms are expected on Earth in the coming days.
Let’s recall that in April of this year, a magnetic storm of maximum level (G5), caused by a series of solar flares, arrived on Earth for the first time since 2003. It had three solar mass impacts: the first occurred around 20:00 on May 10, the next two occurred on the night of May 11 at 1:00 and 4:30, coinciding with a G5 typhoon.
Earlier it was reported that a strong magnetic storm is approaching the Earth, which will last for three days.
