A PIECE demonstrated this Monday what he does best by surprising us with his equipment and giving us a new LITTLE X5 and X5 Pro try to conquer the market.
Sister brand Xiaomi, which is known for offering monstrous specs at very competitive prices, wants to return to style after the critically acclaimed 2022 version, and to do so, it will put a lot of effort into its mobile phones.
SMALL X5
Standard brother of the family, X5It will ship with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chip with 6GB and 8GB of RAM, as well as 128GB and 256GB of internal storage.
Its screen will be a 6.66-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2400 x 1800 pixels. Its refresh rate will reach 120 hertz and the brightness will give us 1200 nits. It will be protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
In terms of cameras, it will have a triple sensor with a 498MP main lens, as well as an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. It will have a 13-megapixel sensor on the front.
The autonomy of the equipment will be determined by 5000 mAh with 33W fast charging.
Finally, we will have software based on Android 12 (MIUI 14) but with the promise of an update to Android 13 soon.

Big brother: POCO X5 Pro
The head of the family aims high with the same design but with more power.
X5 Pro comes with Snapdragon 778G processor with Dynamic RAM Expansion technology to increase virtual memory up to 8GB RAM which we support. The chip also accepts support for 5G networks.
In terms of screen, the Flow AMOLED technology is complemented by a 10-bit HDR10 and Dolby Vision compatible panel.
In terms of cameras, the main sensor is 108MP along with the aforementioned 8MP wide-angle and 2MP macro. At the front, MP goes up to 16.
And the last change is fast charging, which in this version reaches 67 watts.
The equipment will be available on February 13th.
The prices are (thanks Hatake):
- SMALL X5 5G (6/128GB): $321
- POCO X5 5G (8/256GB): $374
- POCO X5 Pro 5G (6/128GB): $374
