Until the end of this month, experts are predicting four weather events.
This week the Earth is covered by another magnetic storm this month. A burst of solar activity is expected on Thursday and Friday, January 19 and 20. This is stated on the weather site Gismeteo.
It was noted that the storm these days will be weak, but even such disturbances of the Earth’s magnetic field, which provoke flares on the Sun, can worsen the well-being of people who depend on the weather.
In addition, another typhoon is forecast later this month on January 26 and 27.
Such phenomena most strongly affect those with chronic diseases, the elderly and pregnant women.
People may experience headaches, low or high blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, heart and eye pain, weakness, and insomnia.
Therefore, doctors advise to follow the rules of a healthy lifestyle – limit the consumption of fatty, fried, spicy, sour foods, as well as flour products. Eat more seasonal vegetables and fruits. And replace coffee, alcohol and cigarettes with green and herbal tea.
Doctors also advise to spend more time outside and ventilate the house, and at night take a contrast shower and sleep at the same time.
Remember that about once every 80-100 years, superstorms arise on the Sun, which can cause catastrophic consequences on Earth.
