Inclusive dialogue and political truce

Having spoken about the political situation that developed during the visit of the diplomatic mission, eladio loisaga pointed out some recommendations country and politicians, which “should be carried out within the framework of the Constitution”.

First, he pointed out that it was necessary to “pursue dialog”a challenge that includes representatives of civil society, who “can be helped by a third party and accompanied by international organizations.”

As a second recommendation, he called “political truce” as long as the dialogue is invoked and “a minimum consensus is reached to ensure manageability”.

Thirdly, he pointed out that “constitutional justice must be observed.” In this sense, he pointed out that Constitutional Court (CC) “is the custodian of the Constitution and must enforce what the Constitution provides.”

As a penultimate point, he pointed out that it is necessary to fight “racism and discrimination” that would appear in society after the election of the president. Pedro Castillo. In this sense, he pointed out that “tolerance and respect” should “encompass all citizens”.

Finally, he called for the “right to free speech and respect for the media” to be guaranteed, although he also emphasized that freedom of speech should have a “constructive meaning”.

For his part, Foreign Minister Cesar Landa thanked the members of the diplomatic mission for their visit to the country and the working days spent. He also pointed out that the executive branch has a “positive disposition to evaluate and implement” the recommendations and “overcome the difficult political situation.”
