Megan Markle and Prince Harry are ready on the red carpet.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex first appeared on Friday at the 2022 Invictus Games in The Hague, The Netherlands, to welcome friends and family. The Games will officially begin on Saturday, a Paralympic-style multi-sport event for wounded military personnel.
The event was held at the Nations Home, inside the Invictus Games Park and led by the city of The Hague and the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
Harry is in a costume, while Megan is in an oversized, stylish white costume with matching heels and a clutch bag.
On Saturday, the Duchess and Duchess will participate in the Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge prior to the Games opening ceremony, where they will both comment.
Just confirmed that Megan will be participating in the Games; It is not clear how long it will last.
While heading to the event, the couple stopped at Windsor Castle to visit Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles.
The stop marked their first joint visit in two years since they officially returned as members of the royal family and moved to North America shortly after the Korovirus pandemic began.
Harry publicly returned twice to himself for a trip: first visiting Prince Philip’s funeral in April last year and again in July to display a statue of his mother, Princess Diana, with Prince William.
