Viral tweets have mentioned that the show’s characters appear to have forgotten Will’s birthday in season 4. Now Matt and Ross Duffers, co-creators of Netflix’s shocking hit, have responded to Variety’s Interview.
“The honest answer is, of course, like the characters on the show, we also forgot Will’s birthday,” said Matt Duffer. “So now we’re talking about whether we’ll fit into Willie’s birthday if we let him be really sad.”
