Minister of Defense: “We want to ensure that roads in Piura are passable so that there are no isolated cities”

Minister of Defense Jorge Chavez Cross, He took stock of his sector’s actions in the face of the incessant rains that had been affecting the people of Pyura for nearly a week now.
