Humberto Abantolawyer for former Housing Minister Gainer Alvarado, announced he would submit custody of the rights after the judiciary ordered his sponsor’s preventive detention for 36 months as part of investigation followed by integration of the estimated criminal organization.
From the outside of Dirinkriwhere Alvarado was transferred, advocate reported filing an appeal, stating that the rights of his sponsor were violated during his intervention in the La Molina area.
