Be careful of your expectations.
Extremist MP Lauren Bobert (R-Colo.) On Tuesday came out against alleged conservative censorship in the House and criticized the government’s new disinformation board.
The lawmaker received a startling response to the conspiracy theory when Congressman Jamie Ruskin (D-Md.) Later gave a speech.
Raskin said Democrats really want Bobert to speak freely so voters can see what he really is and what he defends.
“Unlike some of our colleagues on the other side, we are not interested in censoring other people’s speech,” Raskin told the chamber. “We want the whole world to see the Colorado gentleman speaking publicly as a member of Congress. We want everyone to see.”
