Esdras Medina on vacancies against Dina Boluarte: “She is not capable of managing”

The parliamentarian noted that they are carrying out an adequate procedure in accordance with the Constitution, since both in case of resignation and in the presence of a vacancy, who will replace Dina Boluarte Joseph Williams as President of Congress.

Medina noted that from tomorrow he will start meetings with his colleagues persuade them to sign the vacancy proposal and thus bring it to the plenary session of Congress as soon as possible.
