parliamentarian Jorge Montoyarepresentative of the judiciary popular updateindicated this Monday that his group remains in the position of refusing to advance the general election, as they believe that this initiative is contrary to the Constitution.
On the way from Chairman of the Council of Ministers, where he arrived with his bench colleague José Cueto, the parliamentarian indicated that there is currently no trap and that management must be maintained at all costs. In this regard, he pointed out that the issue of early elections should be decided by Congress, and said that this position was in the interests of some benches.
