Ukrainian singer Olya Tsibulskaya admitted that a criminal case was opened against her brother Sergei for the alleged illegal sale of a car. He said this in an interview with Slava Demin.
According to him, from the beginning of a full-fledged war, he began to drive cars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from abroad. At the same time, he added that due to problems with laws, many Ukrainian volunteers found themselves in a similar situation.
