Ukrainian musicians received a wave of criticism due to the ambiguous text of the new composition.
Performers Skofka and Kalush got into a scandal after the premiere of the new song Batkivshchyna.
In particular, on the network, under the video, fans of the band were outraged by the strategy of writing rhymes, as well as the words that the will is a girl who will not give the Russians.
Vladimir Samolyuk, better known as Skofka, decided to answer the criticism. According to him, these lines laid a completely different meaning, and not that the will is a girl of easy virtue.
“I clearly understand what you are talking about when reading this line, and indeed, from this angle of view, it is an improper harsh statement, and of course, everything will be taken into account. Of course, we respect the women, and in no way did we want to humiliate It’s good that the original angle of view is different from the essence of this line, as it were, it was ignored by consciousness, because they can’t think bad of our women, so I don’t notice the harshness. I have a wife, I respect and love her. I have Ukraine, it hurts, I love it and I try for it. If someone doubts this, I don’t consider it need to prove it, but it’s annoying when you’re doing good, but give it a little chance to slip, disdain teaches you. I’m not mad at you or negative, thanks for listening to us, I just want to give my opinion here,” he wrote on Instagram .
Earlier it was reported that the frontman of the Ukrainian group Kalush Oleg Psyuk in a duet with Skofka presented a new composition Batkivshchyna.
