No opening date for Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences has been announced at this time.
Dubai is about to build the world’s tallest residential building. It will be a 112-story “hypertower” called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, according to the developer’s website.
The skyscraper may break the record of the Central Park Tower – 472-meter residential building in New York.
It will be the result of a collaboration between Emirati real estate developer Binghatti and watch brand Jacob & Co.
According to the project, the skyscraper is decorated with a “crown” of diamond-shaped spiers. It will be built in the heart of Dubai’s most famous financial district, Business Bay.
“The proposed development includes more than 100 floors of luxury two and three bedroom residences. This hypertower also houses a dedicated concierge team offering services such as daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur and personal chef, ” said the developer in a statement.
It is known that five of the most luxurious and exclusive penthouses in Dubai are located at the top of the skyscraper.
“Soaring to the top of the world, they offer unlimited views of the city skyline, including downtown and the Dubai waterway. Inspired by our fine watchmaking collections, these penthouses are will consist of three types, each named after our flagship watch Jacob & Co. “Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. The interior design of the penthouse collection will be directly inspired by their unique aesthetic. As the name suggests, the billionaire’s penthouse is the hypertower jewel in the crown,” said Jacob & Co Chairman and Creative Director Jacob Arabo.
Let us remind you, earlier in the Chinese city of Changsha on Friday, September 16, there was a huge fire in the China-telecom skyscraper. Dozens of floors of a building over 200 meters high were completely burned within 20 minutes.
