While waiting for a new translator to perpetuate the legend of 007, Christie’s in London is already devoting a huge charity auction to it. The online sale of 35 lots from the 25 film releases will take place from September 15 to October 5, with a physical session in London on September 28, culminating in six lots featuring one of the six Bond actors, Sir Sean. Connery, George Lazenby, Sir Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. The latest 007 sale at auction at Christie’s fetched a cool €7.2 million.
