The star said that for three years she had no chance to call or write to her children, and she experienced this time thanks to the rejection and tears.
Spear also touched the theme of relationships with fitness trainer Sam Asgari, who called their marriage a “fake chaos”, which should help him cope with the pain of loss.
Now the artist has admitted that he is gradually recovering and returning the control of his own life:
