Nissan has expanded the NISM’s line to Japan, adding the X-Trail sports version.
The new X-Trail is the first Nissan with the new Kayaba swing valve shock absorbers to reduce body cranes without loss of comfort. The updated E-4orce system received another traction distribution logic with emphasis on the rear axle and the best vector distribution of the front moment. Under the hood remains a standard E-Power system: a turbocharged gasoline engine with a volume of 1.5 l works as a generator, nourishing two electric motorcycles. The total return is 211 hp. and 525 n · m torque.
The salon is made on a black range with red stitching and inserts. For an additional fee, recaro seats with integrated headrests, upholstered on the skin and alcantara are offered. They provide an increase in support, but at the same time equipped with a de -electrical control of inclination and heat, so that comfort does not hurt. Unlike the usual version, which can be seven-seater, the X-trail nismo is only available in five seater.
The company also emphasizes that the new aerodynamic package is not just decorative significance – it reduces the strength of raising 29% compared to the base version.
On sale in the Japanese Market X-Trail Nismo will appear on September 24 for $ 36,700 to $ 40400. Recaro’s seats will cost an additional $ 3300. It’s still unknown if this change will appear outside Japan.
