After the restaurant on Lviv was opened, Misha Katsurin did not suspect that within a few days she would find massive guests.
Ukrainian restaurateur Misha Katsurin has spoken to the public about dramatic events around the poisoning of guests at her new “Chinese Hello” institution in LVIV.
On her Instagram, the businessman remembered how difficult the day was when the restaurant turned to have a flash of salmonellosis.
“I woke up. The guests wrote that they were feeling bad. I also feel sorry. The kids came from Portugal, I missed it, now I have to travel to Carpathians. I’m starting to bring, send kids without me. My heart is for pieces. Tempenship 39, a complete hospital. It’s scary. I’m trying to talk to everyone personal,” Katsukin shared.
The owner also went to the hospital institution. Because of his health, he missed a campaign with the children, which he was waiting for. After the release, Misha immediately took the investigation into the causes of the incident with the laboratories.
To avoid this in the future, the restaurateur decided to introduce the ISO standard 22,000 international food security to all its establishments.
According to Katsurin, the situation gradually normalized: all the victims were almost recovered, only one guest stayed in the hospital, which would also be released soon.
Earlier it was reported that Misha Katsurin was in contact after large guests toxic to a new LVIV restaurant, which occurred on the day of the opening.
