Ukrainian singer Vitaly Kozlovsky first shared how the ZSU service influenced his mental health.
In an interview with the M1 channel, the artist said that after being experienced in front he was evaluated with post -traumatic stress disorder (PTSR).
In 2024, Kozlovsky joined the 22 separate mechanized brigade and served as a whole. According to him, the hardest moment was shelling, where he had said goodbye to life.
“Last year, when I arrived from Sumyshchina, I had a dreadful PTSR. I didn’t say anything about it. It didn’t help to use alcohol, I tried it. I consume alcohol -I walked a swollen, dreadful freak. I didn’t pull it out.
The sports are saved. It was a physical activity that helped Kozlovsky cope with the pressure and noise in his head. The actress began to train days, turn to a nutritionist and coach – and over time she returned her inner balance.
“I started actively playing sports because I haven’t done my life yet. I took myself a nutritionist, coach. I started practicing because I started to drown the noise in my head, all the pain, the noise. And I realized that when I was playing sports, I had no noise in my head. Therefore, I started playing sports twice -It, now, ”Kozlovsky said.
Remember that the singer moved the Rank of the ZSU in June 2023. He first served the National Guard, then as part of the President’s national orchestra, and later joined the battle unit. Now Vitaliy is engaged in patronage service and helps twins and gatherings.
