The model first appears in Brazil, and then in the global market. The car design is updated, while there are some changes from the technical side.
The General Motors Brazilian Division has published all the features of the updated Chevrolet Tracker crossover. Brazil became the first market where the model was shown.
Outside, Restyling brought the tracker a new bunk lighting equipment, updated Bumers, a radiator grill and a dark background of back lights. A combined digital panel of devices and a multimedia display appeared in the cabin, and the chairs received a new stuffing.
The machines have not changed – the crossover is equipped with fuel turbo engines with a volume of 1 and 1.2 liters, paired with a classic six -speed automatic. Both machines can operate on fuel or ethanol. Last year, units were modernized to comply with new eco-norms, and after restyling, their work was re-pumped.
As usual, the Chevrolet tracker is only available using front -wheel drive. The model configured a pendant and an electric power steering.
The power of the top version with a 1.2 liter machine remained 139 hp. in fuel or 141 hp in ethanol. But the 1 L machine is a bit weakened – now it provides 115.5 hp. Regardless of the type of fuel. Power reduction is explained by tax benefits: according to new laws, the cost of registering a car in Brazil depends, in particular, on engine power.
The model is available on five trim levels. The main version is without a separate name and offers 17-inch tires, parking sensors, a 3.5-inch device screen, an 8-inches touchscreen, air conditioning, six airbags and cruise control. In the LT adjustment, roof metals, a digital instrument panel (8 inches), multimedia with 11-inches display and a rear camera view appears. The LTZ version is complemented by climate control, automatic braking systems and tracking blind areas.
Premier and RS Premium options have front parking sensors, dew lights, panoramic roofs and wireless charging for a smartphone. The RS is also distinguished by elements of black decoration and a shiny radiator railing.
Production was established in the Brazil factory. Prices for the updated Chevrolet tracker vary from 119,900 to 190 590 Reais (approximately $ 21,500 -$ 34,000). Later, the car will appear in the global market, perhaps in Ukraine, as the previous version of the tracker was also made in Uzbekistan.
Remember, earlier it was reported that Chevrolet introduced the strongest Corvette in history.
