The Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and the Underground Stand -UP Company are officially recognized as critically important for the economy and defense of Ukraine.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Culture and Information Policy has provided the status of critical businesses to companies related to musician Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and stand-up comic Svyatoslav Zagaykevich.

The corresponding adoption is dated May 23. The list is the Super Simetry LLC, which belongs to Vakarchuk and owns copyrights in the works of the Ocean Elsa Group, as well as the LLC underground stand -up, founded by Zatatkevich.

The ministry explained that these companies meet all the standards required to obtain such status. In particular, they ensure economic functioning at a special time and contribute to the satisfaction of the needs of the security and defense sector.

At the time of publication, Vakarchuk and Zagaykevich did not comment on the department’s decision.
