Ukrainian Showman Andrei Danilko, better known publicly as Verka Serdyuchka, remains single and has no children in 51. In an interview with the BBC, the artist openly admitted that since childhood he has not thought of himself as a wedding.
“It looks like I’m from another planet. Here’s everything, like people, but everything is different from me … I’m here, looking at the childhood of a wedding … I can’t imagine myself in the groom’s place. It seems shy to be a bridegroom. And this bride is sitting, and they seem to be tormented,” Showman said.
The last time he was at the wedding of his colleague Inna Belokon in the 90s. It was then, according to him, he finally understood: family life was not his path.
Danilko also admitted that he had no desire to be a father.
