Angry customers do not know if they received purchased cars, and Tesla was quiet about the problem.
Cybertruck’s electrical cars are ongoing supplies due to the detachment of a metal panel on the roof of the car, Electk reports.
At least eight dissatisfied consumers in the Cybertruck forum and more than X and Facebook platforms have been reported about maintaining delivery.
According to the Tesla support service, a part called the cantrail trim is a problem – a decorative panel on the side of the car’s roof and part of the “bulletproof exoskeleton”, announced to the company. In the video, Reid Tomasko shows the example of his own Cybertruck that this panel, like most Exoskeleton panels, are attached to the car with glue.

This is not the first time Cybertruck has problems removing panels – Tesla has already responded to 11 thousand units of pickups due to a similar problem in June 2024.
Tesla has not yet released an official service ballot on the problem.
