An updated lawsuit has been filed in US Federal Court, accusing rappers Jay-Z and P. Diddy of raping a 13-year-old girl.
A new lawsuit has been filed in US Federal Court against popular rapper Jay-Z and music producer Sean Combs. They were accused of raping a minor. It was reported by Reuters.
According to documents filed in court, the plaintiff claims that in 2000, after the MTV Music Awards in New York, the actors raped a 13-year-old girl at a party.
The wife of the singer Beyoncé, who has three children with him, categorically denies these accusations on social networks, referring to the lawsuit as an attempt to blackmail the plaintiff’s lawyer.
The original lawsuit was filed in October in the Southern District of New York and Jay Z was not initially named as a defendant, but according to the new filing, he was identified as “Celebrity A” in the original lawsuit.
Sean Combs categorically denies all accusations against him, including those made in October. He is currently in custody on federal sex trafficking charges, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
