TV presenter Olga Freimut finds herself in the middle of a natural disaster while traveling to Valencia, Spain, where her lecture on etiquette is scheduled to take place.
The region was swept away by a flash flood, dubbed the “Dana tsunami” by locals, and has claimed the lives of fifty people. On Instagram, the celebrity showed footage of flooded fields, settlements and abandoned cars that drivers were forced to leave on the roads due to multiple accidents.
“We were going to Valencia for a lecture, and there was a tsunami,” said the TV presenter, noting that he had received a warning from the security service about the dangers of traveling on the roads. In Valencia, people were also evacuated from flooded vehicles.
Fortunately, Freimuth made it to the hotel without any emergency and held the planned meeting with the listeners.
