Rapper Yarmak, a defender of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, received the Golden Cross award and spoke about his rank of sergeant, emphasizing the importance of military friendship.
Ukrainian rapper Yarmak, who has been defending Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war, became a sergeant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and received the Golden Cross badge. He announced it on Instagram.
According to the artist, receiving a military award is more important than a state award.
“I do everything for my country not for awards or insignia from the first day I did not build a career for myself and did not run after ranks and positions, on the contrary, I shook hands with everyone from being a soldier and rising in rank in two and a half years and therefore, for me, a military award is more important than any state award.
Yarmak also emphasized that he considers his brothers, who became his friends in the service, his most important achievements.
“But the main reward is my brothers, that fate brought us together and they deserve all the highest awards that exist,” he emphasized.

Earlier it was reported that the rapper YARMAK, who joined the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the beginning of a full-scale war, admitted that he received a new position.
