The artist admits that sometimes he feels guilty for not going to defend his homeland at the front.
Ukrainian actor Taras Tsymbalyuk responded to criticism of why he was not in the front. He spoke about this on Alina Shamanskaya’s podcast Rozlyuchena&Rozluchena.
According to him, this topic is very sensitive, and he mentioned that he helps the Armed Forces and thanks them for what they do for the country.
Taras also admitted that he once felt guilty for not joining the army. At the same time, he tries not to react to criticism.
“I often think about it. At the beginning of the war, my reaction was not clear to what they wrote to me. Why are you not in a trench, then you are not human? Now, somehow, in terms of hatred, I began to look at it when there are people who are very categorical and believe that all men should go to the front line where there is no war in the world where everyone will serve, where everything is happening writing s*** is less difficult by default,” Tsymbalyuk clarified.
Earlier it was reported that Taras Tsymbalyuk said what has changed in his view of the world since the beginning of a large-scale war.
