Song is the first release from his upcoming EP and is now available on digital platforms
The composition, entirely original, reflects on a cycle of self-condemnation and search for redemption, highlighting the internal struggles faced when hiding one’s true identity. Victor John explains that the song shows the pressure of external expectations and the desire to belong to something bigger.
“I feel that today I have become a courageous, independent and authentic voice that fights for what I believe in. For this to happen, it was necessary to go through a long and painful process,” says Victor.
Known for his more upbeat songs, Victor highlights that “Aniquilamento” marks a shift to more introspective and sad compositions, revealing his vulnerable side. “It makes me very nervous, because it shows my pain and scars, something I’m not so used to exposing,” comments the artist.
