The diva used social media to post the announcement and invite all little monsters to check out the production
Check your internet connection, prepare the room and bring a drink because Lady Gaga is arriving with everything on your television, tablet, computer or phone. We haven’t even fully recovered from Madonna in Rio de Janeiro and Mother Monster announces: on May 25th, the Chromatica tour arrives on streaming!
The diva used social media to post the announcement and invite all little monsters to check out the production, which comes to streaming on Max. On the day of the first date of the tour, Gaga posted a video on her Instagram account giving an explanation behind of the show. “The stage was inspired by brutalist architecture, materials, textures, rawness, transparency. A really wild and hard look at yourself, what you’ve been through.”
She explained that “I wanted to tell a story with abstraction and art, so the show celebrates things that I’ve always loved like art and fashion and dance and music and technology, poetry, and the way all of these things work together.” She also added that the show “documents the many different stages and sides of grief and the extreme energy of grief that I feel I have experienced in my life.”
“The Chromatica Ball” was the sixth tour by the American singer-songwriter, in support of her sixth studio album, “Chromatica” (2020). The tour, exclusively in stadiums, began on July 17, 2022, in Düsseldorf, Germany, and ended on September 17, 2022, in Miami Gardens, United States.
