The Danish royal family has unveiled new photos of Margrethe II. They are publicized on Instagram.
It was noted that the photos were published on the occasion of the birthday of the queen, who abdicated the throne in favor of her son Frederick. On April 16 he turned 84 years old.
As for the images, they were shot by royal photographer Keld Navntoft. The picture shows Margrethe II in one of the rooms and in the corridors of Fredensborg Palace. She posed in a purple dress with three-quarter sleeves, which she accessorized with a brooch and dark shoes.
