It was learned that the man died on Saturday, March 30, at the age of 85. The cause of death is still unknown.
“My father died peacefully on Saturday afternoon. He was with us, singing “Amazing Grace” as he left us (whether we silenced him or scared him is a valid question). Although the death of an 85-year-old man who lived a healthy and wonderful life, no tragedy. I know sadness is inevitable, it’s hidden in an unexpected corner,” the star wrote.
Jennifer Garner also added that the family is grateful to the relative “for his gentle demeanor and calm strength.”
“Today is about gratitude. We are thankful for Dad’s gentle demeanor and quiet strength. The way he teases with a playful smile, and the way he plays the role of the ever-suffering father. We are thankful for his ethics work, leadership. and faith. There is so much to say about my dad – my sisters and I will never stop talking about how amazing he was, so bear with me, but today I share these memories as gratitude for the very kind and wonderful person, father and grandfather he is, and also for the legacy of love he left behind,” emphasized the actress.
